Welcome to GOAT Tennis Coaching Services. By booking lessons or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About Us

GOAT Tennis Coaching Services provides professional tennis coaching for children, juniors, and adults through private, semi-private, group lessons, holiday camps, and other tennis-related programs across Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. Bookings

All coaching sessions are subject to availability.
Lessons may be booked through our booking platform, WhatsApp, email, or any other approved communication channel.
A booking is confirmed only after it has been accepted by GOAT Tennis Coaching Services.

3. Payments

Payment must be made before or on the day of the scheduled lesson unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Lesson packages, camps, or other programs must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed price.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule a lesson by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without notice will be treated as a no-show and the full lesson fee will apply.
GOAT Tennis Coaching Services reserves the right to reschedule lessons due to weather conditions, court availability, coach illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Late Arrival

If a client arrives late, the lesson will still finish at the scheduled time to avoid affecting other bookings.
The full lesson fee remains payable regardless of the reduced coaching time.

6. Weather Policy

Outdoor lessons may be postponed or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions, including rain, extreme heat, or other circumstances that may compromise player safety.
Where possible, an indoor court may be arranged at an additional court hire fee if applicable.

7. Player Health & Safety

Clients confirm that they are physically fit to participate in tennis activities.
Parents or guardians must inform GOAT Tennis Coaching Services of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or other relevant information before lessons begin.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have suitable sports clothing, footwear, hydration, and equipment.

8. Assumption of Risk

Participation in tennis involves inherent physical risks.
By participating in our coaching sessions, clients acknowledge these risks and agree to participate voluntarily.
GOAT Tennis Coaching Services will not be liable for injuries, accidents, or losses except where required by applicable law.

9. Junior Players

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for ensuring that junior players arrive on time and are collected promptly after lessons unless otherwise agreed.
GOAT Tennis Coaching Services is responsible for junior players only during the scheduled lesson time.

10. Photography & Media

From time to time, photographs or videos may be taken during coaching sessions for promotional purposes, including our website and social media channels.
If you do not wish for yourself or your child to appear in photographs or videos, please notify us in writing before participating.

11. Equipment

Players are encouraged to bring their own tennis racket.
Where available, loan rackets may be provided during introductory sessions.
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings.
GOAT Tennis Coaching Services accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

12. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, other players, and venue personnel.
Abusive language, bullying, discrimination, dangerous behaviour, or repeated disruption may result in immediate removal from coaching sessions without refund.

13. Refund Policy

Unused lesson packages may only be refunded at the discretion of GOAT Tennis Coaching Services unless otherwise required by law.
Completed lessons are non-refundable.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GOAT Tennis Coaching Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in coaching sessions or use of our services.

15. Changes to These Terms

GOAT Tennis Coaching Services reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The latest version will always be available on our website.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
